They also have excellent communication skills which enable a quick and consistent correction of errors removing any ambiguity or in-congruence.
We have adopted team writing or collaborative editing which enables us to do simultaneous work on a single article or a set of articles. When all team members edit a document, they make changes utilizing special collaborative editing tools. For instance, the manuscript is first circulated to every team member who would individually study the document and make necessary annotations. Finally, all team members meet and discuss the issues related to editing and arrive at a unanimous decision about its final version.

Collaborative editing and proofreading are new to the field but our editors and proofreaders are experienced and capable of working in a very reliable and objective environment. Moreover, collaborative methods give several perspectives of the manuscript and reduce chances of missing errors. Besides, when working as a team, it is also possible to assign the specific tasks to the one individual who is good at it. For instance, while only subject experts get their specific manuscripts to edit and proofread, there are individual language experts, who know the rules of correct Standard English, syntax, grammar and spelling and punctuation, they get the responsibilities for finalizing language check.

We also provide opportunities of training to our team members and conduct frequent performance reviews to meet our authors’ requirements. All our team members have also signed and are bound by a confidentiality agreement; hence we assure that your unpublished research is safe and secure.
